Run the business. Not ten subscriptions.
Everything a working drone pilot needs — from airspace checks in the morning to the invoice that evening — in one place, at one price.
Built for solo Part 107 pilots and small crews flying for clients. Not built for enterprise drone programs with their own IT and procurement teams.
Stop paying separately for CRM, invoicing, mapping, weather, website and asset tracking tools.
Part 107 waiver checks, LAANC ceilings, TFRs, NOTAM-aware weather, a go/no-go call and pre-flight kits for every job.
E-signed quotes, invoices with deposits and partial payments, and online card payments to your own Authorize.Net account.
A public site with portfolio, reviews, downloads and a Request Information form that drops leads straight into your CRM.
Generate social ads, flyers and deal emails in seconds. Stuck on a screen? Ask the built-in assistant — it answers with the steps and the page to open.
Per-drone flight logbooks, batteries, maintenance and team seats. Every pilot's Part 107, medical and TRUST expiry in one list, so your records are ready when a client or the FAA asks.
Real screens from the app — not mock-ups.

Your whole business on one screen
Live airfield weather go/no-go, this month's jobs, bills coming due and pilot certificate alerts — the first thing you see each morning.
I'm Matthew Watson, the owner of Freedom Flyer LLC, a drone services company based in Greencastle, Indiana. I built this app so that I could run my business efficiently without having so many subscriptions.
This app has already helped me plan flights, track clients, assets and finances, send quotes and invoices, and collect payments. It has worked so well for me that I wanted to make it available for other drone pilots to run their business on.
So, test it out and see if it's a good fit for your drone business.
Safe flying to you all!

Before you switch
- Is $30/mo per pilot or for my whole business?
- For your whole business. $30/mo covers the account owner and every team seat you invite — no per-pilot charge.
- Does it file LAANC for me?
- No. The app pulls the FAA UAS Facility Map LAANC grid ceiling for your exact spot and tells you whether the job needs authorization or a waiver. You still file the LAANC request through an FAA-approved LAANC provider or DroneZone, then keep the result with the job.
- How do client card payments and payouts work?
- You connect your own Authorize.Net merchant account in the app. Clients pay your invoice or deposit by card from the link you send, the money goes straight to your Authorize.Net account and pays out to your bank on Authorize.Net's normal schedule. We never hold your money and add no fee on top — you only pay Authorize.Net's own processing fees. You can also record cash or check payments by hand.
- What does the AI assistant actually do?
- It's a chat box inside the app that knows every screen. Ask things like "how do I send a quote for e-signature?" or "where do I turn on the LAANC grid?" and it answers with the steps and the page to open. Separately, the Ad Generator writes social posts, flyers and deal emails for your business.
